This notice explains how Rovasis / Rovaas processes personal data collected through our contact channels under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). We aim to process your data transparently and only as needed.

When you reach us via contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, we may process identity and contact details such as name, email, phone number, message content, and request subject. Technical logs (IP, browser, access time) may be retained for a limited period for security and service continuity.
We process data to respond to your requests, manage customer / corporate partnership processes, inform you about our products and services where appropriate, meet legal obligations, and protect information security. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest, and — where required — explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/2.
Personal data may be shared only as needed with hosting / email providers, authorized public authorities when legally required, and affiliated partners. Cross-border transfers follow the safeguards required by KVKK.
Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for statutory retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
